• Join a fast-growing fashion brand and drive its digital marketing success! • Assist the Marketing Lead in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. • Run, monitor, analyze, and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. • Track and analyze website traffic, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance. • Optimize ad spend and performance to maximize ROI across multiple channels. • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), preferably for e-commerce brands. • Strong understanding of Shopify and integrating ads with e-commerce platforms. • Expertise in performance marketing and paid advertising, with a focus on optimization. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on insights. • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad performance reporting. • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong communication skills.
