• We are looking for an experienced and passionate PEGA Lead Systems Architect (LSA) or Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) to join our client's global team. • In this fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects for international clients while mentoring junior developers and contributing to cutting-edge PEGA solutions—all from the comfort of your home. • Full time: 40 hours per week 100% remote job / independent contractor. • Working hours: CET.
Requirements
• Certification as a Lead Systems Architect (LSA) or significant experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) (6+ years). • Hands-on development experience across at least 3 major client projects (preferably 4+). • Strong expertise in PEGA Constellation design and architecture. • Fluent English communication skills for technical discussions (additional languages like German, Dutch, or French are a plus). • Excellent interpersonal skills: patient, proactive, and open to feedback. • DevOps Experience: Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms. • Experience with automated testing using modern testing frameworks. • Industry knowledge in sectors like finance, telecommunications, public sector, or aviation. • Proven experience in delivering training sessions or seminars on PEGA development.
