• The Digital Producer coordinates project execution from start to finish • Working closely with our clients and different agency teams • Ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery within the high standards of the agency • Responsible for allocation of Creative, Strategic, UX, Developer and QA internal and external resources on projects • Develop briefs for day to day project deliverables • Communicate project status to teams and clients on a regular basis • Ensure scope changes and new requirements are adequately communicated to project teams
• University degree or college diploma in marketing or a related field • 1-2 years of experience, ideally monitoring projects from various levels of complexity • Moderate to heavy supervision • Ability to grasp the fundamentals of digital marketing and digital media • Learns the basics of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and is able to set up, QA and deploy emails • Is familiar with and adept at website content population (CMS) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Enjoys fast-paced environment • Possesses a genuine curiosity for improving agency processes and tactics • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (working knowledge of French is definitely a plus) • A compelling, persuasive communicator that employees are drawn to and want to work with • Resourceful, tenacious, detail oriented and driven to meet deadlines • Keep on top of trends in digital development and project management through reading appropriate industry publications, websites, emails as well as through attendance at conferences
