• Drive performance of paid search programs to meet campaign and business objectives. • Develop SEM media plans and proposals showcasing KPIs for clients. • Gather and develop campaign elements for set-up (ad text, tracking, keywords, etc). • Engage with partner firms (e.g. Google, Bing) and monitor campaign performance. • Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance. • Co-manage digital retail media campaigns across networks.
• Previous experience in a similar role (1 plus years) • University degree or college diploma in a related field • Knowledge of Google Ads (must be Google Ads certified) • Knowledge of Analytics tools (specifically Google Analytics), including setting up of UTM tagging, dashboards and data extraction for reporting • Knowledge of SA360 • Knowledge of Google Data Studio (Looker) • Knowledge of Performance Max • Strong analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Creative and innovative in approach
