• Community engagement, moderation, and support for a passionate community of musicians • Provide technical expertise and solutions via Zendesk • Troubleshooting issues reported by users involving Cakewalk products • Drive Cakewalk digital ecosystem through feedback with the development team • Identifying support systems and processes to help users better help themselves • Support general Marketing activities and initiatives • Be an evangelist for Cakewalk around the world • Personally participate and engage users in the Cakewalk community building direct relationships with fans and influencers

Requirements

• Solid communication skills • Experience supporting a brand’s engagement and outreach • Ability to work fast and efficiently in a dynamic environment • Passion for music • Familiarity with digital audio workstations, recording techniques, and social media best practices
