• Reporting to the Director of Finance, support all financial operations at FFBC. • Liaise with internal departments for accurate financial record-keeping, reporting, and compliance. • Assist with financial statements, oversee systems and software, manage projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a non-profit organization • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Office, specifically Excel • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively • Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and grant management is an asset • High integrity and professionalism • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Commitment to the mission and values of FFBC • Travel across Canada could be required
