• The Manager, Digital Engagement and Content will shape the online presence of FFBC. • Lead the development of creative content strategies aligned with FFBC's mission and goals. • Oversee website management and drive growth of online visibility and audience engagement. • Capture and share impact stories of community investments and initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Post secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Web Development, Journalism, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in content management, web development, or digital communications. • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and user experience design. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. • Experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders, including freelancers and internal teams. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best web design and content creation practices. • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
