Description
• Perform compliance reviews for Mortgage department operations • Manage policies for Lending departments • Support Mortgage employees with compliance questions • Plan and conduct QC compliance reviews • Provide management with assurance for FHA loans • Recommend enhancements to the compliance program • Assist with compliance training for employees
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Two years of related experience or equivalent • Compliance certification from a bank trade association • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office
