• Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required • Master’s Degree: Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • 15 or more years of marketing/communication and progressive leadership experience in the financial services industry in an organization larger than $20B in assets required • 10 or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process or team required • Advanced experience in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing and communication strategies • Extensive experience in brand management, product development, market research, and corporate communications • Proven experience hiring, managing, and developing staff • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to marketing for banking
