📋 Description
• Lead a designated medical coding team across multiple locations. • Assist in achieving business unit goals in unbilled accounts, compliance, and data integrity. • Collaborate with Sr. Coding Leaders to achieve financial and revenue cycle goals. • Select, train, coach, and evaluate coding staff. • Assist in setting budgetary goals and monitor performance. • Improve coding processes and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Health Information or related area. • Certification as CCS, CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA, or RCC, in active status. • 5+ years of progressive coding experience, preferably in a major healthcare organization. • Strong knowledge in coding with ability to work collaboratively.
