📋 Description

• Responsible for high-level program and project overview for clinical IT projects. • Leads and trains other resources, along with auditing and KPI to Leadership. • Establishes system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies for systems and applications. • Relentless focus on delivering outcomes and value to the business. • Accountable for the daily performance of the team and drives continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or healthcare related field preferred. • 3+ years of project management experience. • 3+ years of clinical healthcare background with preferred Cerner experience as a solution delivery consultant. • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and dashboard build. • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate. • Preferred Yellow Belt/Green Belt certification. • Previous Oracle Cerner training experience. • Proficiency in the Oracle Cerner suite of services and usage. • Strong interpersonal skills applied to provide fundamentals to project resources. • Strong presentation skills to present to executive leadership. • Documented experience of project auditing, ROI, and KPI to Leadership of previous project management. • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently, manage large, multiple projects, complex reports, while organizing priorities. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
