📋 Description

• The Integration Architect II shall advance the development and management of integration strategies for large-scale software systems within the organization, such as ERP and EHR. • This role is key to leading complex integration projects, enhancing domain management practices, and overseeing significant software release cycles. • With extensive experience, the Integration Architect II ensures that all integration projects support the strategic objectives of healthcare operations and data management. • This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field of study relevant to the current position is preferred. • A minimum of 2-6 years' experience in system integration, specifically in settings involving large-scale software systems required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered. • Deep knowledge of integration patterns and architecture best practices. • Strong leadership in domain and release management for critical systems. • Proficient in designing secure and efficient data exchange protocols. • Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex integration challenges. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and interface with stakeholders. • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs. • Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
