• Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of webinar events, • Develop strategies to effectively register target audience members for webinars, • Work closely with content creators to develop compelling webinar topics, • Partner with the sales team to leverage webinars for lead generation, • Utilize analytics tools to track webinar performance, • Ensure seamless collaboration with all relevant teams, • Collaborate closely with RevOps and Marketing Operations teams to guarantee seamless interaction across platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in executing marketing strategies. • Experience in the education or publishing industry is highly desirable. • Strong presentation skills. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on event promotion and audience engagement. • Experience with various webinar platforms including Zoom, Adobe Connect and Eventbrite is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally and managing relationships with speakers and stakeholders. • Highly organized with superior project management capabilities, able to manage multiple events simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
