• Prüfung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien für Social Media • Erstellung und Produktion von Content in Bild und Wort • Erarbeiten, Texten und Einsteuern von Content für unsere Social Media Kanäle • Selbständiges Community Management • Strategiekonzepte: Content- und Plattformstrategie, Kampagnenkonzeption, Maßnahmenentwicklung, Distributionsplanung • Reportings- und Handlungsempfehlungen • Erstellung von Redaktionsplänen, Pflege der Social-Media-Kanäle (v.a. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) und kontinuierliches Vorantreiben der Kanäle • Verantwortung für die Wachstumsstrategie der Community und die Steigerung der Interaktionen • Marktbeobachtung, um Trends im Social Media Umfeld frühzeitig zu erkennen
🎯 Requirements
• schon erste praktische Erfahrung im Social Media Umfeld hast • gerne viel Zeit in der digitalen Welt verbringst und keinen Trend verpasst • ein Gespür für tolles Design hast • gängige Grafikprogramme kennst • ein Teamplayer bist, mit anpacken kannst und interdisziplinär am Start bist • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse hast • Lust hast dich auch einmal vor der Kamera zu zeigen
