Description

• Engage and Build Audiences - Engage with audiences across multiple platforms for multiple brands, keeping the right focus and tone. • Platforms we focus on: LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky. Open to engaging more on Facebook and other platforms. • Social Content Management - Put together the social media content schedule and make sure everything gets successfully posted. • Work with our content team to promote existing content and plan and request unique, new content • Compliance Management - A few of our brands operate in a regulated industry (cannabis). You need to understand what techniques to employ to avoid our accounts getting banned. • Influencer Marketing - Identify and engage with key influencers for our target audiences • Social Monitoring - Report back to the rest of the marketing team on what's popular and what people are talking about on social channels for content and targeting purposes

Requirements

• Track record of building quality audiences and engagement on social platforms • Creative enough to suggest new, unique content, but also analytical and results-oriented enough to track, target, and achieve key metrics • Outgoing and passionate about building online communities and using social platforms • Experience with North American B2B marketing • Strong understanding of our audience of North American entrepreneurs and business owners, or willingness and ability to learn - what interests them, how they like to be communicated with, etc. • Ability to stay on top of the latest industry news • Strong writing skills. Capable of writing in an American/North American voice. • Bonus points: Know how to create and run successful ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
