Description

• Work with marketing leadership to write, schedule, and prioritize content that helps us reach out departmental and company goals • Writing content that is compelling, concise, informative, and/or converting, depending on the context • Types of content we need includes: Blogs, Case studies, Site pages, Email blasts, Sales emails, Social media posts • Performing your own research • Self-edit the majority of your content • Develop your own content schedule • Manage and mentor junior writers • Commission images from our graphic designer • Your main responsibility will be writing, but if you have the bandwidth we would appreciate help in other areas including: Perform your own SEO research, Assist in managing social media accounts, Conversion optimization - able to analyze metrics, run tests, and get content to perform better

Requirements

• Passion for learning everything you can about subjects • Know how to develop an understanding of your target audience and write to them • Strong US English writing skills • Strong understanding of how people in the US think, talk, and write • Able to write content for human beings, not (just) search engines • Able to write in a variety of tones depending on the context • Focused on results, prioritizing conversions and traffic • Able to write content that is unique and informative • Strong attention to detail • Able to manage your time well • Experience with HubSpot, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Elementor, WordPress, and the Microsoft Office Suite
