• This is a remote position. • Who We Are Basecode is a leading provider of IT and digital transformation solutions, offering tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and Google Workspace to help businesses automate, streamline, and grow. • Our mission is to empower businesses with the technology they need to succeed. • We’re an innovative IT solutions company building modern, scalable digital ecosystems for businesses around the globe. • From SaaS to cloud infrastructure, we empower organizations with cutting-edge tools and smart integrations — including Zoho platforms, CRM solutions, and custom tech stacks. • We are looking for a Digital Marketer / Admin Officer, who’s as comfortable launching a lead-gen campaign as they are coordinating a team meeting across time zones. • This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, self-driven, and thrives in a digital-first work culture.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or administrative role • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools) • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy • Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required): • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) • Experience with marketing automation • Familiarity with Zoho products or similar cloud-based business tools
