Description

• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling. • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Assist with project management, ensuring that business objectives are met and timelines are adhered to. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders. • Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. • Support the CEO in preparing for meetings, including research, agenda setting, and follow-up tasks. • Organize and manage personal commitments, including those related to family, household, and social obligations. • Handle household financial management, including budgeting, bill payments, and financial planning. • Oversee household infrastructure needs, such as home maintenance, transportation, and pet care. • Assist with non-business related leadership roles and commitments, including involvement in non-profit organizations like Unite America. • Run personal errands as needed, which may require travel and physical activity. • Provide general administrative support in managing personal legal, tax, and financial matters. • Offer occasional childcare support during work hours, as necessary.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking and implementation. • Flexible and adaptable; excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Personable and approachable, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. • Experience supporting high-level executives with demanding schedules and complex workloads. • A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; willing to take on diverse tasks as they arise. • A passion for helping others and a genuine love for the work in this role. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives. • Strong proficiency with office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accountability. • Discretion and confidentiality, as they are essential in this role. • Ability to travel and perform physically demanding tasks as needed. • A positive attitude and a sense of humor are key.
