📋 Description
• Configure, implement, and support the Front Line Care MadCap IXIA CCMS. • Responsible for packaging CCMS content for translation and managing purchase orders. • Process incoming translations and assist with troubleshooting issues. • Prepare implementation plans and enhance documentation for CCMS. • Train team members and prospective users on CCMS. • Assist with transferring/non-XML content to XML in CCMS. • Explore opportunities for using approved Generative AI tools to support standard work.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Systems Management preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in technical writing. • Proven writing and editing skills, attention to detail. • Ability to adjust writing style according to audience needs. • Proficiency with XML authoring and non-XML publishing tools. • Proficiency administering a CCMS and knowledge of Technical Communication practices. • Familiarity with document production processes for various media. • Aptitude to work with data and understand/manipulate XML code. • Commitment to collaboration and open communication.
