• BayNova is seeking a SharePoint Developer for a federal government client. • Work through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Serve as the primary liaison between the product owner and the project team. • Mentor SharePoint team members for effective solutioning. • Document user stories or tasks. • Communicate product features to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Execute tasks for maintenance, development, or migration in SharePoint projects. • Build modern SharePoint sites using out of the box features. • Develop workflows using Power Automate Flow. • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and customize forms using Power Apps. • Provide end user technical support and training materials.
• 5+ years experience as a Power Platform Developer, and SharePoint Architect or Developer. • Experience in designing and integrating Power Platform applications in SharePoint. • Proficient with presentation and web communication tools. • Design experience with SharePoint Online Modern look and feel. • Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. • Customer service oriented. • Passion and drive for learning new SharePoint technologies and practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Adaptable, dependable and independent. • Experience customizing and building Accessible SharePoint products and features, especially with Section 508 requirements (preferred). • Experience with Information Architecture and/or User Interface Design (e.g. wireframes, mockups) (preferred). • Experience in designing, developing and integrating Tableau dashboards in SharePoint (preferred). • Experience in designing and integrating Power BI dashboards in SharePoint (preferred). • Experience using PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or ShareGate +Nintex (preferred). • Experience with Agile development (preferred). • Proficient with requirements gathering tools (preferred).
