• Develops knowledge of applicable software tools. • Learn to audit and upload data for low to moderate complexity new implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing customers. • Learn to create and configure low to moderate complexity EDI files for new and existing customer websites (using third party software). • Basic skills to solve and troubleshoot routine issues. • Basic understanding of testing and quality assurance process and works with senior analyst and others to quality check own data files and other work. • Provide routine direct daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed. • Learn health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test EDI/data files. • Follow department guidelines, policies and procedures; including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite • Experience working with database applications • Exceptional telephone demeanor • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with customers at all levels • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sectors • Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
