📋 Description

• Support Senior Stop Loss Consultants including product line workflows and bid procurement needs • Ensure complete and accurate RFP submissions • Assist with producing and peer reviewing client deliverables for internal teammates • Update customer database with final renewal decisions • Assist with filing of required information in our customer files • Participate in team meetings and support opportunities to improve output • Attend training sessions and courses • Maintain confidentiality of information processed • Follow all company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field or experience equivalent for position • Computer skills including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to meet customer needs in a timely and professional manner • Ability to establish work priorities and manage time effectively • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills
