• Oversee quarterly and annual statutory financial statements • Manage medical loss ratio estimates and filings • Ensure debt compliance • Identify and implement process improvements • Develop innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
• CPA license required • 6 years of work experience in an accounting/financial position is required • 1 year experience in public accounting = 2 years of applicable work experience • Proven track record in effectively directing, coordinating and managing employees and workflows • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Effective and concise presentation skills • Ability to lead, train, motivate, delegate, follow-up, resolve and overcome obstacles to meet aggressive time tables.
