Description

β€’ Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients. β€’ Scanning through information to identify pertinent information. β€’ Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing. β€’ Creating accurate spreadsheets. β€’ Entering and updating information into relevant databases. β€’ Ensuring data is backed up. β€’ Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered. β€’ Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval. β€’ Handling additional duties from time to time.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma. β€’ 1+ years experience in a relevant field. β€’ Good command of English. β€’ Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. β€’ Proficient touch typing skills.
