📋 Description

• Own end to end RFP/RFI Process which entails collecting data for business modeling, collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts • Business modeling includes developing and utilizing Plug and Play financial models for final deliverables outlining pricing and other financial information in response to RFP/RFI requirements from prospective and current clients • May prepare custom response content and Plug and Play modeling for complex or unique inquiries • Prepare and maintain a repository of templates, documentation, standard language and product collateral or exhibits • Interface closely with Directors, National Accounts and the VP of National Accounts to provide support with business modeling for RFPs, RFIs and other Pricing Initiative Programs • Update, document, implement and maintain procedures related to RFPs, RFIs and other Pricing Initiatives as assigned to help maintain timeliness and effectiveness with each Pricing Event • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to drive automation where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years pricing, financial and/or data analysis experience required • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills include but are not limited to, experience working with pivot tables and data tables, and a strong command of the full suite of Excel functions • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and work in a team environment is a must • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills needed to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities • Ability to think logically and react responsively in short lead-time situations • Superior verbal and written communication skills
