📋 Description

• The Cyber Compliance Analyst will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. • This role involves ensuring that our organization adheres to external, global regulations and industry standards, including CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA, and more. • Create, implement, monitor and assess processes that track compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards. • Conduct regular internal assessments to identify compliance gaps. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions. • Stay up to date and maintain in-depth knowledge of changes in cybersecurity regulations and industry standards. • Prepare and present compliance reports to management. • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies. • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance assessments. • SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation or benefits from BD, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members. • After successful completion of the program, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a full-time position, depending on business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet all Department of Defense SkillBridge Eligibility requirements and be approved to participate in the SkillBridge program with your military installation command. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred. • Up to 5 years of experience in related field preferred. • Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 rev 5, CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA and other similar compliance frameworks. • Experience with assisting and securing operating systems, by applying registry changes, creating scripts to modify OS to mitigate findings. • Experience in developing and managing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. • Ability to remediate/answer POAMs and work with software engineering to remediate findings from ACAS / SCAP scans. • Experience with internal and external compliance audits. • Must qualify and submit to a Tier 1 DOD clearance process. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
