Description
• Manage all aspects of implementation and service projects for the MMS organization. • Collaborate with customers and lead Implementation Project Teams on planning, scheduling, and execution. • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure timely project completion. • Creation and use of project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities. • Successfully manage the scope of the project, including customer priorities, expectations of product and services, and satisfaction. • Proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop action plans for resolution. • Providing leadership and direction for customers and BD project team, as well as coaching and mentoring PM teams. • Use of all governance tools for all assigned projects to effectively run all projects using internal reporting tools. • Ensure complete project closure follow through with customer acknowledgement, equipment reconciliation, and transition to TSC and Customer Service.
Requirements
• Knowledge of industry-recognized project management methodologies. • Understanding of Implementation project governance expectations (scope management, tollgate, and risk & change management processes). • Effective communication and engagement verbal and written, with all parties, customers, project teams and leadership. • Works with minimal guidance and promotes an open flow of information so that everyone involved is well informed. • Strong decision-making skills and superior time management skills. • Thinks creatively and works collaboratively in a strong team setting, to achieve valuable-added results. • Contribute to team efficiency by leading project's team, collaborating with team members to develop and implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
