• Company Overview: BDR Solutions, LLC (BDR) supports the U.S. Federal Government and other organizations in successfully achieving their mission and goals. • Role Overview: BDR is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our growing team! • Responsibilities: Track and communicate team capacity and velocity, facilitate discussion and conflict resolution, oversee scope management tasks, manage compliance activities, plan and manage program processes, identify and manage risks and dependencies, foster continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, or related disciplines (technical certification in a relevant technology area can be substituted for a degree). • Professional Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist 6.0 certification (SAFe Release Train Engineer certification is a plus). • 7+ years of relevant experience in Agile and Scrum, including management of cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently, showing initiative in addressing tasks and challenges. • Required Technical/Business Tools: Jira, GitHub, and/or comparable DevOps tools. • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Confluence and MS SharePoint (including basic administration and configuration). • Microsoft Project and Visio.
