📋 Description
• We build software with a generational mission to safeguard lives, communities, and businesses from crime, political turmoil, and severe weather. • Utilizing AI/ML to extract real-time threat signals from large datasets. • Designing resilient, fault-tolerant systems that can handle mission-critical workloads. • Laying the groundwork for scaling both the product and engineering team.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in backend or full-stack development • Fluency in one or more modern languages, such as Python or JavaScript • Knowledge of key cloud provider services • Experience at an early stage startup or as an early engineer on a major project • Strong applied AI/ML fundamentals (Langchain, Model fine-tuning, RAG, agentic frameworks, etc)
