• Oversee daily accounting & financial operations • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP • Establish and mature internal controls • Coordinate external audits • Manage treasury activities • Develop a best-in-class team

Requirements

• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations • Proficiency with Netsuite (or similar accounting software) • An advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with data query/management tools • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to tell a cohesive, concise story • Confidence to consult with and influence senior leaders • Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire to learn new technologies and skills • A demonstrated track record of completing large amounts of important work • A strong attention to detail and well-organized • Integrity and empathy • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
