Description
• Reporting to the Director and Manager of Vendor Management (VM). • Responsible for inventorying, reviewing and creating Vendor Management processes based on benchmark data and best practices. • Work closely with the VM team and possibly experts outside of Autodesk to research processes and platforms for VM. • Understand our current end to end VM lifecycle and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
• Currently a full-time student pursuing a BA/BS in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sourcing or other Operations related field. • Excellent analytical, organizational, tactical and strategic planning and presentation skills. • Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines. • Understanding of vendor management or purchasing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Scout. • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledge of software, Saas, Paas, and hardware licensing.
