Description

β€’ Reporting to the Director and Manager of Vendor Management (VM). β€’ Responsible for inventorying, reviewing and creating Vendor Management processes based on benchmark data and best practices. β€’ Work closely with the VM team and possibly experts outside of Autodesk to research processes and platforms for VM. β€’ Understand our current end to end VM lifecycle and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

β€’ Currently a full-time student pursuing a BA/BS in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sourcing or other Operations related field. β€’ Excellent analytical, organizational, tactical and strategic planning and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to establish workflows, manage multiple projects, and meet necessary deadlines. β€’ Understanding of vendor management or purchasing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Scout. β€’ Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint). β€’ Knowledge of software, Saas, Paas, and hardware licensing.
