• Facilitate and oversee the Data Subject Request (DSR) process • Oversee global PEX compliance obligations • Develop and maintain a Compliance Playbook • Represent People Services on the PEX Compliance Cohort team • Partner, consult, and advise cross-functional teams on compliance • Work as a subject matter expert on regulatory, risk, and compliance matters • Interpret and apply understanding of global company policies and practices • Stay abreast of global and local laws/regulations • Design and develop various employee-facing and HR compliance-related policies • Create and manage compliance-based communications and training for PEX
• At least 6 years of experience in HR compliance or corporate employment law AND HR Operations • Bachelor’s degree • Deep respect and passion for employment compliance and ethics • Demonstrated understanding of people policies, practices, and legal regulations • Self-starter with ability to work independently • Process-oriented, attention to detail • Outstanding communication and presentation skills at all levels • Excellent organizational, project, and program management skills • Ability to develop cross-functional relationships • Customer-service oriented approach to problem solving • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing regulatory environment • Capability to work flexible hours • Handling sensitive employee data and reports discreetly
