Description
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce and other systems • Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other partners to understand business needs • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security measures
Requirements
• 8+ Year Salesforce development experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration • Experience with integration technologies and patterns • Familiarity with Gen AI technologies and their application in business solutions
