• Guide QA team and drive outcomes while fostering a high-performance culture. • Mentor and develop team members to ensure alignment with objectives. • Guide design, development, and execution of automated and manual tests. • Ensure integration of tests into our CI/CD pipeline and improve testing processes. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to develop comprehensive test plans. • Communicate test results and insights to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related work experience in an agile/scrum environment. • Extensive understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and related testing methodologies. • Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience using Cypress and Applitools Eyes. • Prior experience designing, developing and executing test plans and able to teach others. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. • Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience will be considered). • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git. • Experience in performance testing and security testing.
