Description

• Lead Mobile(App) organization-wide programs, ensuring successful delivery with clear outcomes • Build and maintain program plans, timelines, and communication dashboards for transparency • Track performance metrics and conduct audits to inform reporting cadences • Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks or blockers • Drive key decisions and ensure they are documented and actioned • Collaborate with senior leaders and program management peers to align strategies • Lead and implement effective communication and collaboration across teams and for different levels of the organization • Establish and share best practices and tools to enhance productivity and documentation • Implement and evolve Mobile (App) Release processes • Act as an ambassador for the Mobile teams across the organization • Drive Technical Solution Decisions as needed and document outcomes as well as tradeoffs

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing complex software projects across multiple teams • Technical background or skill set with dedicated Mobile App and Cloud Platform experience • Proven ability to design and implement large-scale process improvements • Strong knowledge of software engineering methodologies and development lifecycles • Experience working with globally distributed and remote teams • Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proactive problem solver with a bias for action • Master at time management, prioritization, scheduling, and organization • Skilled at managing dependencies across diverse teams and priorities • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) and SDLC tools(JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Miro, etc.)
