Description

• Lead the development and execution of AI governance and data management strategies to enhance organizational processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk, compliance, and engineering, to implement privacy and AI governance standards. • Manage trust risk assessments to ensure data used, models developed and intended purpose of AI solutions all comply to our Trusted AI policies, privacy and security standards. • Facilitate the prioritization and resolution of governance issues in AI projects. • Develop frameworks to evaluate and continuously improve AI model transparency, fairness, and security and develop recommended risk optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance management, technology, data governance, privacy, or AI lifecycle management. • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and driving governance initiatives across multiple domains. • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and methodologies. • Solid understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI frameworks.
