📋 Description
• Develop and productionise AI systems and ML models specialising in semi-structured textual data. • Work with highly connected data and exploit relationships in the Beamery Knowledge Graph. • Build systems that automate the refinement and enrichment of a knowledge base. • Mentor and coach the data science team. • Stay current with cutting-edge AI research and proactively apply new approaches. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Data science professional with a strong business understanding and a focus on NLP. • Proven experience leading ML projects across the full lifecycle. • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and pre-market product ideas. • Deep expertise in natural language processing. • Deep understanding with the new generation of Large Language Models. • Familiarity with the search and recommendation problem space. • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented-Generation systems is a plus. • Strong technical leadership, communication skills, and mentoring experience. • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools, including ETL pipelines, CI/CD, and testing frameworks. • Ability to work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
