Description

• We are seeking talented and experienced Freelance Producers to join our pool of producers for ongoing projects. • The Freelance Producer plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of experiential marketing initiatives. • Collaborate strategically with Creative, Client Services, and Business Development teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and ideas for projects. • Create detailed budgets for projects upwards of $5M. • Oversee the seamless transition of projects from initial development to final execution. • Monitor project team bandwidth and forecast resource needs. • Evaluate existing project management processes and protocols to identify areas for improvement. • Ensure the timely and expedited execution of internal production processes and requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship or equivalent field. • 6-10 years of real-world experience in Special Events, Event Production, Experiential Marketing, Immersive Theatre Production or other related field. • Firm knowledge and experience of producing a variety of events focused on experiential marketing and brand immersion. • Project management and leadership experience required; proven ability to manage and develop a team. • Experience working in an agency environment preferred. • Possession of strong writing and editing skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Notion. • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communicator and strong negotiation skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and professional documents. • Organized individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, always on environment. • A solutions-oriented, positive attitude with the ability to problem solve intuitively and creatively for a variety of challenges.
