• As the Director Product Management – New Product Development at BECU, you will lead the charge in creating innovative lending solutions that truly resonate with our members. • Your strategic vision and collaborative spirit will empower your team to explore new market opportunities, driving growth and enhancing member engagement. • By harnessing industry insights and fostering cross-departmental partnerships, you’ll ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our members' expectations, positioning BECU as a leader in consumer lending.
• Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of product management or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of people leader experience. • Experience in developing, deploying and supporting product and/or integrated suite of products. • Experience with federal laws, rules, regulations that impact financial institutions industry. • Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. • Experience leading cross functional teams. • Experience understanding and determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer. • Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships. • Desired Qualifications: • Advanced degree. • Ability to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.
