• As a Sr Systems Analyst at BECU, translate user requirements into impactful system designs. • Shape solutions for complex products, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure project execution. • Mentor junior analysts and help drive technological advancements at BECU.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. • At least 7 years of experience working with business software applications. • Understanding of Cloud Computing theory and application. • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts. • Expertise with Agile, Lean, TDD, Waterfall methodologies. • Advanced degree in a related field is preferred. • Proven ability to manage solutions in various programming languages and technical environments. • Solid understanding of software engineering terminology, data architecture, and experience with tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA. • Excellent problem-solving skills using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics. • Demonstrated experience in developing business cases, including financial analysis and risk assessment. • Availability for full-time hours with additional on-call support as needed. • Strong presentation skills with experience addressing technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on project goals.
