• As a Sr Software Developer Engineer in Test, ensure software is thoroughly tested and designed for quality. • Develop automated test cases, scripts, and data models. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to enhance the testing framework. • Mentor other SDETs to build robust, enterprise-class software. • Analyze production issues, identify test gaps, and make systemic improvements to automation testing. • Present technical topics to cross-functional teams and integrate tests into the CI system. • Lead small testing teams and support bug triage to bring issues to closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of five years of experience designing test plans and writing automated tests in a team environment. • Demonstrated experience developing and designing testing and automation frameworks for multiple application platforms. • Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript. • Experience with test frameworks such as Nunit, MSTest, Xunit, jest, puppeteer, mocha, pytest, unittest, Specflow, Selenium, or Gherkin. • Minimum of four years of experience with continuous integration systems and test case management tools. • Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. • Experience using Git for version control, including code reviews and pull requests. • Demonstrated experience with relational databases, including constructing and understanding SQL queries.
