🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with 3+ years in backend development • Strong programming skills in Python and fluency in Java • Solid understanding of Generative AI and Deep Learning models (classification, regression, clustering) • Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Experience using Cloud AI tool sets Like AWS Bedrock • Hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering • Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on deploying Generative AI solutions • Awareness and Knowledge of emerging technologies within the AI space (e.g. Model Context Protocol) • Knowledge and Experience in techniques to deliver high quality output from Large Language Models • Experience in deploying agents for real world applications • A high degree of pragmatism, focus on shipping fast and able to adapt to changing business needs that go hand in hand with the speed of innovation in AI
