Description

•Beekeeper is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for the experience of the communication professionals and end-users. •Lead a team focused on delivering a product that melds consumer-grade user-experience with enterprise-level functionality. •Develop a deep understanding of organizational objectives as well as user and customer needs to help shape and execute the product strategy. •Focus on platform features that power and enable the product throughout all its components and modules. •Drive the strategy of your product area and contribute to the overall product strategy. •Manage and prioritize the swarm’s roadmap to “move the needle” on KPIs. •Regularly talk to customers, users, developers and other stakeholders, collect insights and turn them into solutions that provide real business value. •End-to-end ownership of driving the platform forward. •Oversee the launch of new features, coordinate with Product Marketing and Sales. •Conduct market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Requirements

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical platforms and services •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field •Strong understanding of platform architecture, including familiarity with scalability and performance requirements •Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) •Strong analytical skills in order to use data to drive your product decisions •Strong lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills •Ability to think strategically and in systems •Business-level fluency in English
