• L’entreprise : MaaSil Inc est un cabinet conseil spécialisé en externalisation de services vers l’Afrique • Nos clients européens, des consultants situés de partout en Afrique. • Missions : Acquisition Out Bound Ciblage des clients idéaux • Envoie de séquences de mails / Linkedin • Suivi d’appels sortants et relance clients • Gestion de son portefeuille de clients • Acquisition In Bound Après avoir placé un client, vous pourrez recevoir les leads entrants générés par MaaSIl Inc • Management RH Accompagner les chargés en ressources humaines concernant les besoins des clients • Orienter les recherches, manager la rapidité de recrutement et le suivi des KPI RH • Valider les profils en fin de process afin de s’assurer de la qualité des profils présentés aux clients

• Maîtrise PARFAITE du Français (lu, écrit, parlé) • Etude recherché • Autonomie EXIGE (Vous serez en relation direct avec notre client, professionnalisme exigé) • Force de proposition • Full télétravail (après la fin de votre phase de formation)
