📋 Description
• We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency helping clients build technical teams since 2015. • Appsilon is a fast-growing software house specializing in actions support systems and machine learning. • You'll supervise the delivery of data-intensive projects for Customers from Pharma and BioTech. • Role: Delivery Manager (Drug Development/Bio Unit) • Salary: 4750-5500 USD (EUR or PLN on B2B) • Employment Type: Full-time contractor with long-term commitment • Working hours: Flexible with time required in Polish and US timezones • 100% remote with correspondence address in Warsaw, no onsite work required • Spoken language: B2/C1 English as Appsilon is an international working environment!
🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of commercial experience in a similar role (Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Project Leader, Project Manager, Project Coordinator roles) • Proven track record of successfully delivered projects for Pharma/BioTech • Domain knowledge, meeting at least 3 of the following: (a) Good understanding of fundamental concepts in molecular biology and bioinformatics, b) Familiarity with software and tools used for data analysis in clinical trials, c) Familiarity with clinical trials data standards (CDISC), d) Familiarity with data flow in research and clinical trials and how data is generated, processed, and visualised (and extra points for hands-on experience with the project!) • Understanding of modern software development process • Experience in managing/leading/mentoring cross-functional teams in a multinational environment not necessarily software engineers) • Being okay with traveling to clients and conferences (~4 times per year) • Having proven experience in remote work, like remote-first working cultures • Being the communication and listening specialist (with openness, patience, emotional intelligence and high personal culture) • Openness for working with European & American clients (adjusting to timezones).
