We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. •They are an early-stage start-up with a very experienced founding team from the UK and Poland, making our first 10 hires in the next year, and are looking for innovative and driven individuals to join them. •This is a unique opportunity to work with an ambitious team that values creativity, hard work, and a collaborative way of working. •As part of their first wave of talent, you will have a big impact on the development of their product and company! •The company's mission is to revolutionise the way homes are managed by building an AI-powered property management co-pilot. •The goal is to alleviate typical frustrations associated with property maintenance and repairs, thus improving marketplace efficiency and saving time and money. •Currently, they have 8 people on board (CEO, COO, CTO, UK Commercial Director and Head of Product, Senior Product Designer, Senior BE Engineer, Senior FE Engineer) and we’re looking for the Founding Lead AI Engineer with Minimum of 6 years of total software engineering experience, with at least a 2 years spent developing AI solutions.
•minimum of 6 years of total software engineering experience - with at least 2 years spent developing AI solutions •Experience working with NLP/GenAI is a must have for this position. •extensive experience with Python (minimum 3 years) •experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques •knowledge of software development best practices (including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization) •familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions •strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) •excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability •outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects and interface directly with senior management •fluent English with a minimum of B2/C1 level, enabling effective communication in a professional setting.
