• Leading the development of mobile and web applications using React.js and React Native • Ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions • Collaborating closely with the CTO and product manager • Translating designs from Figma into functional user interfaces • Driving the architecture and build of new features • Upholding high standards of code quality • Writing comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests • Taking initiative in problem-solving • Mentoring mid and junior developers • Fostering a culture of learning

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development • Expert-level proficiency in React.js and React Native • Track record of developing high-quality mobile and web applications • Strong command of modern JavaScript, SCSS, CSS, and HTML • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment • Excellent problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills • Fluent English, minimum B2/C1 level
