β’ We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. β’ Today, we invite you to participate in the recruitment process for an innovative decentralized platform company. β’ Our client offers a cutting-edge, peer-to-peer (P2P) decentralized computing platform. β’ Their mission is to provide scalable, decentralized infrastructure without relying on centralized cloud providers, with full support for Web3 and blockchain technologies. β’ The company employs around 20 people and works fully remotely across Europe. β’ Their culture prioritizes innovation, openness, and flexibility, with current goals focused on expanding their platformβs capabilities in Web3 and scaling its user base. β’ Your task will be to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and decentralized while guiding the reset of the current architecture and coordinating with external stakeholders and partners.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in system architecture, specifically in decentralized or distributed systems. β’ Strong programming expertise in C, C++, C#, Rust, and familiarity with blockchain-related technologies. β’ Proven experience working with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, smart contracts (Solidity), and Web3 protocols. β’ Hands-on experience with P2P architectures and decentralized systems. β’ Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with external partners to drive large-scale architecture projects. β’ Experience with open-source projects or non-profit contributions is highly valued. β’ Additional pluses: Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python, GO and JavaScript. β’ Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure tools like Prometheus for CI/CD and monitoring. β’ Familiarity with Layer-2 scaling solutions, zk-rollups, and blockchain security best practices. β’ Understanding of cryptography and decentralized consensus mechanisms.
