• We're Bee Talents, an IT recruitment agency that has been helping clients from all around the world in building their technical teams since 2015. • Today, we invite you to participate in the recruitment process for an innovative decentralized platform company. • Our client offers a cutting-edge, peer-to-peer (P2P) decentralized computing platform. • Their mission is to provide scalable, decentralized infrastructure without relying on centralized cloud providers, with full support for Web3 and blockchain technologies. • The company employs around 20 people and works fully remotely across Europe. • Their culture prioritizes innovation, openness, and flexibility, with current goals focused on expanding their platform’s capabilities in Web3 and scaling its user base. • Your task will be to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and decentralized while guiding the reset of the current architecture and coordinating with external stakeholders and partners.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in system architecture, specifically in decentralized or distributed systems. • Strong programming expertise in C, C++, C#, Rust, and familiarity with blockchain-related technologies. • Proven experience working with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, smart contracts (Solidity), and Web3 protocols. • Hands-on experience with P2P architectures and decentralized systems. • Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with external partners to drive large-scale architecture projects. • Experience with open-source projects or non-profit contributions is highly valued. • Additional pluses: Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python, GO and JavaScript. • Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure tools like Prometheus for CI/CD and monitoring. • Familiarity with Layer-2 scaling solutions, zk-rollups, and blockchain security best practices. • Understanding of cryptography and decentralized consensus mechanisms.
