Description

• The Subject Matter Expert (SME) team at Behavox works to improve our Compliance product to allow expansion, and support for new clients in multiple markets. • This Compliance Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for the right talented individual to: • Review eComms surveillance alerts, be involved in improving the Compliance product to allow expansion, and provide support for new clients in multiple markets. • Work in a space in which you will continuously learn and stay abreast of what is happening in the risk and regulatory landscape. • Influence the product design of a high growth AI based company, working alongside other talented Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies • Strong knowledge of market abuse and other forms of misconduct that manifest in financial services firms • Good understanding of regulatory landscape and where to find relevant guidance and insights on regulatory topics • Good understanding of "trader speak" including surveillance operating models and governance • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) accompanied by excellent analytical skills
