📋 Description
• Development, enhancement, and maintenance of EMR data pipelines • Work with the Research Services team to launch the BEKHealth platform with new customers • Producing high-quality, maintainable code and technical documentation • Ensure compliance with software development life cycle and other processes • Improve patient lives and advance medical innovation
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, software developer, or related role preferred • Experience with Python and SQL required • Experience working with pandas, celery and pyodbc strongly preferred • Experience working with REST APIs is required • Experience designing or working with ETL pipelines required • Experience with back-end databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or SQLServer required • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and patient data is preferred • Experience dealing with protected health information (PHI) is a plus • Experience with medical terminology or medical ontologies/semantics is a plus • Experience with Kubernetes required • Cloud oriented and familiar with SaaS models.
